Facial Reflexology

A deeply relaxing and soothing treatment that creates a sense of calm and brings a natural glow to the skin. It helps revitalise the skin by encouraging new blood flow and stimulates nerve endings. It also encourages the production of collagen, relaxes muscle tension and helps to balance the entire body. Each treatment will be tailored to your needs.

Revive your spirits with a supporting treatment that will help you unwind and relax the central nervous system. This empowering treatment can help with many issues and can be used as an alternative to foot reflexology, especially for amputees or if someone has a foot injury or ticklish feet.

A nurturing, calming reflexology treatment that encourages deep relaxation to unwind and escape from the pressures of everyday life. Working on the feet helps to release endorphins which helps to reduce pain, increases blood flow and circulation and release tension, promoting healing to enhance overall well-being.

Getting the body prepared for conception at least three months before conception is vital to increase the chances of a viable pregnancy. Also preparing the body both mentally and physically during this time is essential. Therefore, to help reduce stress around this time and to establish the optimum body ecology, it is advisable to have treatments once a week for three months. You can then continue with either twice a month or once a month pre-ovulation.

This can be purchased as a pre-paid package - 12 sessions for the price of 10

Your first appointment will take around 90 minutes. I will carry out a detailed consultation covering your health and medical history. This allows us to get to know each other and discuss the results you would like to get from your treatment. The treatment is suitable for pregnancy from the second trimester, chronic illness, stress and relaxation. The consultation will be followed, if having foot reflexology, by a foot reading and your first tailored treatment and aftercare advice.
